I tried and I got to the billing part and it locked up on me. Now I can't even get back on the site!

Thanks! That wasn't so bad - I've had worse from ticketmaster and other sites. I was using both IE9 and Firefox4, and IE9 finally won. I don't think the browser matters - just the connection that happens to be made at a given time.
