Got 406 silver dimes in 1 bag, 35 mercs the rest rosies. 8 other bags that night had 32. We have done over 150 bags since the last over a hundred bag showed up . Up to 4160 silver dimes. My goal is 10,000. Was very exciting picking out the silver dimes. Dan

Are these bags from the counting/sorting machines at banks? I was looking into getting into that and picking up a few at my local TD bank. Can anyone tell me what the FV of one of these bags is?

A bag of dimes is $500 at my bank. The most silver dimes I ever found in a bag was 11, but it was not a bag of dimes it was a bag of half dollars! I am not quite sure how that happened but the bag contained $3.03 of coins not half dollars and 11 of the coins were silver dimes.
Nice score on that bag!

We hand sort the dimes. My son uses sound he stops me when I miss one. Couldn't do as much as I do without his help. I order bags from a Brinks serviced bank they send $1000 bags that come from alot of different banks. I still do dime boxes too but I really like doing bags. I also stop at a bunch of different banks that save me coins off their counter. Dan I'll see if my son can do pics he had some problems last time.
