what is the best way to track silver coin culled from circulation? I sort thru thousands of dollars a week and I am using paper and pencil to keep track of my finds... any suggestions?

I use excel with week of the year #, dates, total coin searched, halves searched, dimes searched, 90% Halves, 40% halves, 90% dimes, then use the ASW of the three to calculate troy oz per week and troy oz per $1k searched. Then totals at the bottom.
ASW that I use...
90% Halves: 0.36169
40% Halves: 0.1479
90% Dimes: 0.07234
