Today I got my $1000 bag from WF and I finally got 1 Mercury, 1 Canada silver plus 19 silver Roosevelt along with 2 1/10 Balboa and a 5 cent piece from the Cayman Island. Only thing better would have been a Barber in the bag. Three silver type out of four not bad. Can't wait till next week for my next bag.

The Balboa's arent silver are they? They are the exact purity and weight of a 90% dime. I think if its pre 1964 their silver.
I think the US mint makes coins for Panama (and still does). I take 1/10 Balboas and 1/4 Balboas and spend them in coke machines and U-scans.
