$300, good price?

Would $300 be a good price to purchase the following all together:

40, 40% Kennedy halves
6 Franklin, and 1 Kennedy 90% halves
11 Silver war nickles

I'm kind of new to the silver market...

That's right about melt value. You might be able to do better in the buy/sell area here. 40% and 35% usually trade at a discount to melt.

If you keep an eye on the finishing prices of this week's kitchen sink auctions, you'll get a pretty good idea of the prices you should be looking to pay.

As in another post, less than 90% (US) is shunned because of the cost to smelt. This could change someday.
