Scored 14k gold necklace/earrings at yard sale

Stopped at one and was looking through the jewlery and the woman said that the necklace and matching earrings I was looking at were $10 because she knows they are gold.
I looked and saw the 14k stamped and thought what a no brainer for $10
Turned out the earrings and necklace weighed 5.8 grams and the backs to the earrings were 18k and weighed 0.9 grams.
Had it tested and it was legit
