How much over spot is everyone paying for fractional silver? i can ger 1 oz at 1.50 over spot. 1/4 at .90 and 1/10 at .80

is this about average or is it a good price? i know that average for 10z coins but how about the fractionals?

Check out Golden State, their prices should be considered a good baseline.

Golden State Mint has great products, but the 100 oz minimum purchase places it out of reach for most people. Compare Provident Metals with APMEX, Quality Silver Bullion, and Westminster Mint, to get a "market" feel for premiums. None has a minimum purchase. There's also First Majestic Silver, which produces affordable 1/2 oz rounds.

Is that $8 over spot per ounce of 1/1oth rounds? (.80 x 10= $8)

If so shopping around is key to reducing these premiums, but $8 over per ounce is pretty stiff. These should be considered novelties.

If your looking for better solutions for Fractional Silver, US 90% Junk silver covers the bill quite nicely under spot

ya it would be an extra 8.00 Per ounce but you also have to consider the time spent into making each one. look at an ounce of copper they go way over their value. i was just curious as to if this was a reasonalbe price or not. seems to be based on the golden state mint site too
