It's pretty good.
I don't like how the author mixes politics with chart analysis.
But my major problem with it is in using a chart to predict a breakout (he makes it sound like since the dollar is approaching a 'major' resistance line that it will therefore probably break out. In reality it's just as likely to meet resistance and turn lower at the resistance line).
As for gold and silver, you could also make a case that there is an inverse head and shoulders forming (a significant reversal pattern).
