anyone heard of these? I actually picked up two today from a deal i made. I have never seen them and cant seem to find any information on them. They do say 1 troy oz silver

Spot plus 25+% seems very high for a generic round that isn't even stamped .999 The seller appears knowledgeable and trustworthy, but that's a huge premium.
