Government officials trying to fleece businesses, or businesses trying to use gov't to destroy competition, but corruption in gov't either way.

Posted: Sun May 13, 2012 5:15 pmThe people who made the most money during gold rushes, are merchants. Hopefully the Haitians invest in more farming, and then they could sell food to the "rich" miners. Then eventually the Haitians will be able to feed themselves.
