There is zero percent chance of $19 silver in one month. And if there was, it wouldn't be due to INCREASED PANIC such as above :)

Panic is (generally) GOOD for silver/gold/etc.

Are you serious, posting a story with NBC Brian Williams...I soon as it opened and I saw his face,I closed it...I would never believe a word that story fabricator says again.
