If last time was any indication this move is not overly bullish, and mainly just helps prevent things from going bearish so that they can postpone more outright QE further into the future. All they're doing is swapping treasuries for treasuries as opposed to creating new money to buy new ones.

The fundamentals, as I understand them, say every time money is created from thin air it ultimatley adds value to precious metals.

Its baked in the cake.
