It's not clear whether the coins are cleaned, or not. I suspect that both of the liberties are. XF, AU, VF is a best guess

I got some PM advising the 2 1/2 Dollar 1861 Gold coin might be the Old Reveres comparing with my 2011 US Coins 64th edition I believe it is very possible because of the size/with of the D. Dose some with a12012 US coins take a look and let me know.
