Silver spoon from Peru
Posted: Thu Nov 29, 2012 7:15 pmI came across a spoon today that is stamped "solid Peru silver" on the back, there are no other markings. Does anyone know about these and the silver content?

Falls in same category as German Silver, Silverode, Nickel Silver, Alpacha,etc.
If it was silver from Peru I assume their purity to be .800/.835 and marked as so on their silver objects
