"BAD" walker half

This girl at work brought in a baggie of junk silver for me to look at. I could not find any reference to this one. any help? sure its ugly, but who would have stamped it? TY for any replies...

As long as TMAT buys cull dollars for $28, 31 morgan are better.

What does it weigh?

Can you bend it with your fingers?

Rub it on a piece of paper. Does it leave a mark?

I looks like lead.
