Silvertowne bars

Picked these up at a show, and had never seen the design. It's sealed with 10 bars. The stain is not on the bar, it's on the plastic

Wow those are weird marks. What prompted you to buy them? Did the dealer have any information why their marked like that?
I hope he sold these at a discount because most people would be hard pressed to buy these with that stain issue going on. Did you buy them normal and it developed those stains?

The bars are not stained. its the plastic

Nope, they aren't fake. I saw them in person. They're just an uncommon design.

Looks like they were made in 1985 and are on the rarity scale of R3 according to 5th addition of the Archie Kidd guide. This info was provided to me by the silver art collector board
