Ebay price of silver still high

Remember there is the official price of PM, and the "street price" http://www.ebay.com/itm/1971-S-Eisenhow ... 460e6e0c94

Other searches showed similar patterns. Of course someone can probably find deals out there, but I was surprised by disparity.
