Posted: Wed May 22, 2013 6:04 pmInteresting possibility, We should remember that it is only because of higher commodities that this even be considered. A lot of these deposits are a least a half mile underwater. Also because of the environomental concerns and red tape, I doubt that a serious attempt will be made for at least ten years.
