90% American silver rolls---its the coin

this is a really neat period, to see what coins trade where.
i'm talking about rolls of American 90% silver coinage.
Its a great period now to get 1964 UNC Kennedy Halves rolls. many many rolls trading 20-22 times.
Franklins, Uncirc's. the rolls trade 26-28 times.
if you have non solid date, less than VF40 rolls of quarters, you'll be lucky to get 20 times.....18-19 face is the norm.
as far as ASE's, I've noticed that we're seeing a lot of trades at $550 the roll, 27.50 the toz....whats that? $5 over...not bad.
i'm seeing a pronounced non presence of Morgan solid date Bu's....seeing quite a few 1921 rolls, and a lot of Peace dollar rolls, all Uncirc's, but they spook me now, given the heightened counterfeiting.
the one coin that seems to hold up well, obviously numi factors in, is the Walking Liberty, 1940's era, solid date BU's, trading avg 36 times over.
oh yeh, I am seeing quite a 60's era Roosie's , BU's trade 20-21 times over per 10 face, meaning they're trading a soild $100 per 5 face....seeing quite a few.
i'm trying to think what i'm NOT seeing.....not seeing any Barber rolls, even though these are always in the G4-VG8 range...saw a G4 roll of Barber Halves trade at 23 times
AND, finally i'm not seeing many 40% Kennedy's nor any 40% Ike rolls...there was just one trading, and it was nothing special.
Since its been real wet up here, ugly looking thunderheads, I did rewatch a favorite film I would ALWAYS recommend, "Take Shelter"....I just love this film:
