You get some Ebay bucks out of it too. I am sure it will get bid up in price now, one way or another, but I am surprised it made it this far w/o a bid.

The listing doesn't say silver. Could be a Chinese fake.

Don't jump on it. No maybe. Just don't.

Good point. Seller makes no mention of silver content but photos show the coins are 1 oz silver. Other auctions I posted. Normally I would of thunk that silver bullion get bid silly by now. This might be the signs of a silver price slump in the works or maybe everyone is out shopping and not online. Meanwhile, I picked up a generic buffalo round (medallion they call it) from Silvertowne. Not too bad IMHO. Actually weighs 31.3 grams though. Hmmm? Better over than under. But come on, is Silvertowne not concerned leaving 14 cents worth of silver on the table? I need to check my scale, but I think they used slightly heavy planchets.

14 cents is a lot cheaper than the cost of having to re-melt, re-pour, re-roll, re-punch, re-anneal, re-tumble, re-rim, and re-press an underweight round ;)

Apmex is currently selling them for just slightly more ($25.34). I suspect the auction made it this far without a bidder because "silver" is nowhere in the title or description. Not enough search terms to attract buyers.

Probably best to e-mail the seller of the exact dates on the quarters and dimes. They state 1939 to 1965. The dimes and quarters look like 90% ones, but that 1965 date quote in description leaves a GOOJ card for them.
