Has anyone set up a Metals IRA? Who did you use for a holding company? How high are the fees? Can you buy your metals from any company and have them sent to your IRA holding company so you can shop for the best price or do you need to buy from the holding company at their price? I have been trying to look into this online but so much of what I find looks like hype to try and get you to use their company.

I've never set one up personally, and I did look into making one with an existing retirement program I have. Unfortunately, I cannot do that with the plan restrictions that I have....

There are a lot of choices out there. Who is the best? I have no idea....just gather as much info as you can before you make a decision.
