Halves spent at yard sale end up at Farmer's market store
Posted: Sat Jan 15, 2011 4:22 amYesterday, I went to a yard sale in the AM. I bought this big piece of luggage that is up to my hip that has rollers for $5 I figure I can use it to take my half bags into the bank 
I gave the women $5 in halves. She had to look at them a minute and then said she hadnt seen those in years.
Last night I was at Sprouts buying some apples and lettuce and my total came to $6. So, I paid the clerk with halves
She said this must be my day for halves. I said oh really and how many did you get today. She said some lady came in and spent $5 in halves. She said the lady told her she had gotten them at a yard sale she had thrown that day
The Sprouts is a couple blocks from the yard sale I went to so more than likely those are the halves I had spent that AM
Just thought it was kind of funny
