Yeah, so basically they are taking what he has left in the bank and forgetting the rest since they know he could never pay it bank anyway. At least that is how my thinking takes me.
What I want to know is how many times a day this guy made it in and out of the room jingling with pockets full of quarters and no one saw a thing? This guy took the fall. He was the low hanging fruit and the obvious catch since it was all nicely documented. Me thinks there were more people doing this as well, they just did not put it in the bank. If he was the only one, some goody goody would have squealed earlier than this. There is more to this than we will know.
I mean come on..... Guy walking out of the room with a bulge in the front and a load in the back. No one got a clue for how long? Wow!
