40% Half Question, which year (1965 to 1969) to Buy?

My local coin shop has a bunch of 40% in a box, all years.

Which is the better year to buy?

They are all the same. 40% junk silver prices should apply.

Yes, what slick said, they don't have any numismatic value. If they're all the same price buy the shiny ones.... just because they're shiny. :D

Condition being equal, pick out the 1965's. They are lowest mintage at 65.8 million.

How many do you think were melted during the 70's and then with the recent spike in silver prices?

Maybe one day they would have a little nuismatic value

That is my thought too (If my kids end up with these things in 30 years). I will get the 65's, there are a bunch of BU's for the same price as the circulated 40%.
