Christmas time generosity on eBay

Postby Rastatodd » Fri Dec 26, 2014 5:50 pm

There are good people on eBay that's for sure. Won an auction on eBay on Dec. 20th for 12 AU 1964 Kennedy halves with one second left on the auction with myself being the only bidder. Just received the parcel and to my surprise the seller sent 13 halves instead of 12, throwing one in as a FREE kicker. I am amazed at the generosity in peoples hearts and am very lucky to be bestowed such kindness. Thanks Cooper Coins. Positive feedback was left for sure along with following this coin shop for further future deals. I attached a picture of the silver tower of goodness for good measure. Getting close to running my end of year tallies on my Excel program to track my stacking for the year of 2014 this will help to add to the Rasta hoard.

That was nice...and smart on his part. No doubt you'll be checking his auctions on a regular basis.

I've got one for you, bought a roll of barber halves a couple of days before Xmas and the dude included a Peace dollar rapped with Merry Xmas on it. Needless to say I was blown away and it wasn't like I overpaid to begin with.

Nice to hear stories like this. Lord knows there are too many bad endings out there on the Bay.
