Hey the shipping is free.

Not sure about that... about half way down the description he states

Our goal is to sell these boxes at a price over spot that is flat out lower than any competitor in the country. Shipping on this lot is a flat rate of $2,000.00 to the USA, $5,000 to the rest of the world, and will be delivered by Brinks.

I would be pretty cool to have the brinks truck roll up to your house  :D 8-)

http://www.usmint.gov/mint_programs/ame ... ion=lookup

On the left side are the 20 authorized eagle dealers/recievers. They are the only ones allowed to actually recieve direct shipments of eagles from the mint. They than have requirements on the pricing to supply the dealers on the right side of the page. Companies like the one that is selling the pallet on ebay have to buy them from one of these places.

An interesting read on what it takes to become an autherized dealer.
