Yes but the current bid is $100. More than double the melt value. I don't see the buyer making any dishonest money off this piece.

A genuine 3 oz poured Engelhard with no serial number can bring $500+

That is correct! This is his first sale of admitting he knows that it is fake! I believe he had 3 previous sales where he was promoting it as being real.

I once tried to sell a Louis Vuitton brass sailor bag handle and they were all over me. I sold it off the board to a LV dealer.
I also tried to sell a box bones and teeth, same thing. I was ruthlessly and immediately dealt with.

E-bay burnt my house down and plowed salt into my fields.

Now up to $151, someone will resell this as real I"m sure, why else would you spend so much on a counterfeit...

That's my fear. The guy that's selling the fake and the guy that knows its a fake and knows he can re-sell for a profit as a real Engelhard. Both dirtbags in my book!

I have MANY ideas and thoughts on how to handle this problem, but I HAVE to plead the Fifth....I know ya'll understand what i'm saying, in that stacking is how we protect our families from future deprivation, and anyone who attempts to destroy the value of the Ag market, in fact and essence, harms our families, and their welfare....and when somebody crosses that line?

Someone should buy it, cut it in half, or smash it with a sledge, and send it back to him for a refund. Say it was damaged in transit.
