Silver poker chips - question

I had the idea of having a neat silver poker chip set created.
But I wanted to have the chips NOT be "pure silver".
The reason being is that I thought it would be neat to assign a value to each chip that was just slightly higher than my acquisition price for the chip. Also, I assume that pure silver would be less rigorous and wouldn't last as long.
In other words, the $10 chip might have only $5 in silver since that would probably cost me $5 plus something plus shipping plus labor plus creation of the die. Something like that.
Anyway the question: Can this be done by anyone here or anywhere? Naturally I know that I will pay fees and for the die creation.
It doesn't have to be 50% silver. Just some silver and some copper or something else (strong material, of course). I would like it to be consistent. I.e. each would be the same X% silver.
I would like the chips to be round if possible also. I don't know if that complicates things.
