Deutsche Bank AG (DBKGn.DE) has agreed to pay $38 million to settle U.S. litigation over allegations it illegally conspired with other banks to fix silver prices at the expense of investors

ok, so that'll take care of my losses... but what about the rest of you guys? Let's just hope that the other banks have to pay hefty fines as well. :clap:

Reminds me of the LIBOR rigging. You made trillions of dollars breaking the rules? Give us a couple billion, and please don't do it again, but feel free to continue regulating yourselves because you know the industry better than we do.
