peter: Why cant I buy the ATB 5 coin set?

Nathan: If you are have been selected to be able to purchase the ATB coins you will receive an email letting you know that you have been selected.

peter: How do you go about getting selected? Criteria?

Nathan: APMEX identified selected individuals to receive the offer from all those who had registered with the company and indicated interest. The process of selection was designed to spread the opportunity among many different types of those registered.

Nathan: Other than that I don't have any more information.

they are reading that off a card, i saw the same exact response on another thread.

try telling them your gonna call the mint because they have 3000 units to sell and you cant get just 1

Yeah Apmex's assoc. Jeff (on the phone with me) said the same thing.

It won't let me buy one even though I have an APMEX account.

Has anyone been able to buy one that did not get the email?

I started asking if they were allowed to pick and choose. They keep saying the same thing, even when I questioned them about approval from the mint.

ive seen some that have bought without receiving an alert but they did sign up for it, the emails may be slow reaching some.

I wonder what the mint would say about this? Doesnt seem like a fair opportunity for the public to buy. Anyone complained to the mint yet?

My order went through and I did not receive the invitation email (yet). I did get an email order confirmation.

I did sign up for their Alert me way, way back (multiple times, at that). I balked at their $1500 price tag during the first offering, but at spot, I'm in.

I tried but they won't let me either.
