It's not a correction, it's more manipulation.

yep. i've got about 15g to invest, i'm thinking 10 physical, i might throw 5 down into my brokerage account for some SLV? i'm one of the guys that think the economy will eventually turn around, so once i sell my SLV, i will behappy to start reinvesting in mutual funds, stocks, etc

This is interesting. No way it can stay this low for long.Silver is known for being volatile.Think long term and this won't matter.
I'd lock in on the dip. I'd hate to be a coin dealer who bought alot this weekend and is working on a small margin.
These types of moves can ruin people if there not careful. This is why you can't bet the farm on silver, unless you don't need the cash right away.
Fasten your seat belts folks,it going to get bumpy.

This may be a big drop, but for those who still have jobs that provide enough to pay the bills (i.e., those who don't need to sell silver to put food on the table), this is a blessing.

The following post, is quite interesting:

The Empire Strikes Back Against the Silver Price Rebellion : http://seekingalpha.com/article/266844- ... -rebellion

Again, it seems that silver (on paper) is being played with. But, as the author will demonstrate, I believe that physical silver is the way to go.

Time to buy....

Cheers,

Breaking News: It turns out Chuck Norris glared at a 10 kilo bar of silver today, causing the silver price to drop to $42.20/oz. At this point he blinked, and left the room. Expect things to revert to normal shortly.

Great thing about paper is that you don't have huge premiums from dealers. You can actually profit off dips. If you are wanting to buy physical on this drop, I'd advise you to go with SLV, instead. This sure is an interesting drop, and could be a flash crash like Country mentioned.

I think the one thing we can agree is that Asians are very dramatic and have a hard time making up their minds in the silver market...
Specifically on Sunday.
