If you're talking about the higher weight, I believe that is correct. I know the Mint does that with it's Gold American Eagles. They add a little silver and a little copper to make the gold darker and stronger. But, it still comes out to be a full ounce of gold, just like the ASE comes out to be a full ounce of silver.

Yes, it is wrong.
To be precise, an ASE is not an ounce of silver. The coin is 1 toz of .999 silver. (Just like a london good delivery bar is not a 1000 oz of silver, but 1000 oz of .999 fine silver, or 999 oz, if you happen to get a bar that is exactly 1000 oz - though they are allowed to vary in weight from 750 to 1100 toz.)
The silver content number is wrong. The correct number is 31.072 g, or .999 toz. I can't validate the 4th decimal place claim of .9993. Everything I've seen - published info from the mint - says it is .999 silver, balance cu, but I haven't seen the tolerances on those proportions.

About what I figured. I thought it should be brought up here, just to document the error.
