Buy price for Silver dimes

Posted: Sat Jun 18, 2011 3:43 pmWith silver prices at around 35.90, I think most dealers would offer 21 to 22 times face. You could start with 23 as your opening offer then move up to 24 if necessary. Good luck.

Wow! How are you getting dimes at 20? Also, I know there is a slight premium for halves (especially Walkers), but why you spending so much more on the quarters?

Posted: Sat Jun 18, 2011 10:55 pmTheo, for the dimes at 20x is easy, everyone wants halves so dimes are hard to sell, then here I come and buy them at $2 a piece. As far as quarters, paying 26x is not high, but the quarters that I buy are BU. With the walkers having a premium, I should stack more of those. Why such a premium over franks and kens?
