All this Silver... from the Mint?

I am still new to all this, but is it normal for the number of different .999 Silver items to be this high at the US Mint? I casually count the ASE's, the 2010 AND 2011 ATB's plus their numi's, then the 9/11 medallions, and the Armed Forces memorial rounds. That seems like a lot of Silver going out at once...Albeit at a hefty premium.
