As an aside, the best way to know it's a good deal is to ask the dealer what he is paying for the War nickels. You might be surprised.

I suspect it is real and not just a mistake. Loking over the rest of the bulk "junk" silver on the site, it appears the dimes and quarters are goimg for 7-8% over spot even when you factor in shipping. Looks like a good source.
