Help with Gold Jewelry Identification and good story

So here is a piece of gold Jewelry that my father purchased at goodwill. It is not marked anywhere with a purity stamp. Dear ol’ dad, however, is one smart dude. He looked this item over heavily in the shop hunting for a hallmark to no avail.......but he did notice one interesting feature that pointed to the piece being a gold alloy. The engraving and the cupped out carvings. He knew whatever it was, it was pure alloy and heavy. So he took the gamble and bought it for 50 cents.

Sure enough his son is a coin and PMs nut with all kinds of cool instruments and acids for testing PM alloy. Dad hit the jackpot. Confirmed by my GLX 24pro and a repeated acid tests his 50 cent purchase turned out to be 6 gram hunk of 18k gold.

Cool background story. Now for the question: What does the engraving mean? Any Ideas?

Alot of the letters were burnished off accidentally. My guess? Bernie Madoff, 15 years minimum, 72 years to life in penitentiary. The judge flips these kinds of coins in his chambers to formulate his rulings.

My 2 cents.

It could be the "square" of 15 minutes 72 north, since the inscription is inside a box.

I have no idea what part the "B" plays.

There is usually more to symbolism than first meets the eye.

If all else fails, maybe you could find a 33rd Degree Mason and ask him what it means...
