These are known as "Prospectors" and are indeed made by Engelhard. The latest dates I've seen on these were 1986 or 1987 and I do know they're no longer being struck.
They also almost always carry a premium of $1 each over any other type of silver round you may encounter. IMHO, these are the filet mignon of silver rounds. I'd snap them up and send them into hibernation for awhile. Don't think you'd be disappointed when it's time to wake them up.
