Type 1 Holed $1.00 Liberty Gold.
Posted: Thu Aug 18, 2011 10:19 pmI would like to read your thoughts on this particular coin.let me start by saying that i have been in silver for several years,and have some mexican gold.i do not collect coins for anything other than metal value.i have noticed that these gold coins sell for far less than their non-holed brothers.how much of a difference other than condition could the value or weight of the gold be? make sure we are comparing this coin to its' non-holed brother.the only difference i see is condition.am i missing something?and if i have given anybody any new leads,well,there you go.
