Does anyone know the actual weight of this quarter?

1776-1976-S, 40% Ag, Proof Quarter

I'm trying to calculate the silver content in troy ounce.

Krause shows it as 5.7500 grams. KM#204a.

The standard is listed as 5.6700 grams.
