My 1st silver proof half dollar

My 1st silver proof half dollar

Over the last couple months, I have found a lot of proof halves but they were always clad.

Today, I found a silver 2004 S half. I was excited when I opened the roll and saw a half that was pretty thick piece of silver.

Are these 40% or 90%?
