I picked up three sovereigns today at $408 apiece, just $17 above metal content. Not bad for a gold fractional AU coin that is widely recognized. Just a bit over 4% premium.

If I actually owned any silver, I would have scored a couple hundred ASEs at spot plus $2.79. But... I don't own any.

Scored a roll of nice mercs for 22x face on Friday late day. Not bad! Nice coins too! Passed on going for a roll of eagles... fixin to close on a house. Got a good score on that too!

Yeah, there was an imaginary seller over at BullionStacker selling an imaginary monster box for the same price. Amazing how many people just like to daydream about PM's without actually owning any. All I can do is wish I had some imaginary money. Oh wait. I do. It's called fiat currency.

$120 FV at 23x. Waited just a little too long to get the 22x dealio.

Didn't buy any junk, couldn't find any real bargains. I spent the whole weekend shopping, online, a few LCS'' and they all wanted at least 25X. So I called a more established big-time dealer, and I did treated myself to a monster box for $15.5K.

Came across a herd of buffalo and a flock of eagles.

Was able to get 5 oz JM Bars for $3.30 over.

80% Canadian at spot. Now As I sit I should have bought more

Or don't trade recklessly. In fact don't *trade* at all. INVEST. Investors get wealthy. Traders either get *rich* or *poor*. Both rich and poor are much more temporary than wealthy.

barrytrot- good words of wisdom. But I must point out, reckless trading means not cutting losses. That is at least one lesson I learned while kicking the crud out of my investing friends returns (losses) over the last 10 years. However, your point is well taken. I scraped together what FRNs I had at hand and bought 18 ASEs Friday and feel more wealth in holding them than I do looking at a brokerage account. There is more wisdom on this website than any others I have come across.

2 rolls of 90% halves $440 or 22x face

I got two 10 oz. Silvertowne Bars for $610

Picked up a ASE for spot and some 90% at spot.

A total of 6 oz now .999, which is my largest buy (technically two buys, but don't take it from me!) - total just a touch below $200 once shipping was factored in. No LCS for me, so I'm at the mercy of S&H charges.

This morning I bought 5 Mexican Libs and 8 American Silver Eagles, one of the ASE's is a tarnished 1996. All for $420!!!

Bought 2 more ASEs on my way home from work tonight ($37/each). Salad for dinner?
