It signs you up for their monthly coin club, or whatever it's called. Each month, you get several overpriced coins in the mail, which you can keep and be charged or return free of charge. Or you can immediately opt out, which is what everyone here does.

Did you just cancel and re-order or did you use different addresses?
What was the ASE deal? I know a few weeks ago they were charging $42.95 for one, cheaper than my LCS at the time, but nothing amazing.
