Is there a review site for private mints?

One of the first pieces of advice I read was to get silver at the lowest premiums/cost per ounce if I was going into it for storing wealth. Junk silver is out because I live outside the US so it's a PITA to acquire. So far, I only have 60 ounces of silver in the form of generic rounds from one private mint I saw. While I didn't have any issues with them, I wanted to see what others have bought from them have said, if only to ease my paranoia that I might be buying fake silver.
