Yep - that's why the premium is down so that the fund is near fair value. Excellent time to buy-in for those interested. This alone will have a huge impact on price of silver.

BTW - he isn't obligated to buy that much, just giving fair notice of intent to possibly do that.

(lol) get the #### out of all paper vehicles and get physical!!!!

at least Sprott is a guy of honor, and wants to honor his fudiciary obligations, but i'll bet you he's the rare bird amongst a bunch of stinking vultures.

cmon guys, you're telling me, after MF Global you actually trust these humps to make good on anything?!?, (Sprott the exception, God love him)

If Sprott is the exception, and that's the context, then where's the issue? I'll answer that for my part. The issue, if there is one, is the intermediate broker. That's where my trust fails. So I only "recommend" this if:

a) you choose to do business with a broker no matter what - so it isn't a matter of if you will own paper assets, but which one you will own

or

b) you have to do business with a broker, anyway (as I do in my 401K) - so it isn't a matter of if you will own paper assets, but which one you will own

Would this be why silver shot up? (11-22-11)

Dunno - it's not completely clear why it went down. It's been attributed to several factors, but no solid certain reason. The rise back up is just it returning to center, I think.
