While he's at it he should learn how to use photoshop a little better...those are terrible images!

Think it would help to report it to Ebay? He doesn't even really describe what he's selling. The description starts with "Once upon a time..." And vaguely says coins, and "copy coins" The only thing clear about it is its intent to mislead.
