I am sorting through the thousands of Canadian cents that I have accumulated for decades... and purchased here and there... I have about half a roll of 1929's saved up, and decided to look through them for the "high 9" variety. Here's a page with pictures:

They list it as being the difference of having a coin worth half a buck, to being worth about 40 bucks! That's all theoretical though, since I'm not selling it, I intend to keep it!
Here's what mine looks like. It was in an old 2x2 so I took it out to scan it. Now that I've seen the scan, I'm even more convinced this is the high 9.
