The hit to the economy and consumer spending will be terrible. Deflation is on the horizon.
It will require more printing.

I would think that now that national health care is a matter of settled law, the prudent thing to do is to plan and manage our individual responses to it. It seems to me all the more important now to hoard PM's

Except now the govt can tax you for hoarding PMs because you didn't purchase a new GM Volt with your (their) money that you earned (that they gave you). Instead you frivolously spent it on barbarous relics. We have a beautiful wall right over here where we'd like you to stand while we initiate the vaccination (re-education) process on you with (.40 HP) indoctrination lessons (projectiles). Stand still now, this will only hurt for a second.
