Starting to look more like my weekly find rate. You're so far above the average it'll take more than a couple weeks like this to bring your records down much. Better luck next week!

My first goal was a toz. a week for the year. Blew that out of the water quickly. Then I said 300 toz. for the year, and I was at 173 toz. after week 26. So, I am 23 toz. ahead of my goal, half way there. It is so hit and miss. Weeks of 10+ toz. and weeks of 1-2 toz. So far the coolest coins I've found are the 1893 Columbian Half, 1970-D, and 4 1776-1976 40%'s. Best of luck to ya!

So I head to the dump bank today at lunch to get rid of some boxes from last weekend. At the counter and the drive up teller walks over and helps me. She goes back to her station and is processing my deposit. About 10 feet away I notice some halves in her teller tray. Moving around to try to get a better angle, I really can't tell, but I think it is the glimmer of silver on the bottom of the stack. She finishes processing the deposit and I asked her if I could buy the loose halves she has and she says sure I have 3.50 total. She brings them over and plops down 3.00 in clad and a 58 Ben. This is my first Ben from a teller tray so pretty much the highlight of my day. first teller tray score in quite awhile.
