Link to a pic of the coin, but i am unable to find info on who made it or how rare it is. Any help would be lovely.

Never seen one myself- but I get the feeling its one of those 'Liberia' Coins that are telemarketed type deals. Anything with George Bush senior on it has that vibe to it.

Looks like its silver with some novelty, but not amazing value. Says Kuwait, but I am sure their mint couldnt have made these. Might wanna check to see Franklin mint or someone made these.
