I couldn't think of anyone else to tell except you guys :-P

I really wasn't sure I'd ever see one in the wild at this point! Been through only a few hundred dollars of boxes...

Congrats, nice looking coin! Hopefully it is the first of many to come for you-I have found 17 of them in the wild now :)

Awesome! Took me foreever to find my first. Then found my second only a couple months later...

Yessir! By far the oldest... anything I've ever found. I know copper pennies are a good investment etc., but *this* is what made all this handsorting worth it to me. I'll probably never see a return on hand sorted pennies worth the time put into it, but I can enjoy this right now.

Feels pretty good doesn't it? Only problem is that is will fuel you to sort even more and yearn for that next IHC, and you be thumbing over thousands of coins looking for it :x

That's the same problem I have at my house. Nobody gives a ##^%&&* about my coin collecting hobby either.

Great find! Hand sorting is long process but pulling an IHCs makes it interesting.

I still haven't found a wild Indian down here in southern California and probably never will.
